so i want to lose weight really fast and well pukeing seems to work so could you guys/girls help me out with a few questions.. when do you see the resaults? how long do u puke for untill you know you done… is it hard to get skinny that way?? so im 15 and need ot lose weight fast! i wasnt to life my life and well exercizing takes to long soo plz help ! in anyways you can!!!!

do you want to lose muscle?
if you don’t eat enough, what happens is your body breaks down your muscle. that’s why anorexic people look unhealthy.. they lose fat, but in addtion they lose 4 times as much muscle at the same time.
and if you go the ‘anorexic way’ and starve yourself to lose weight, you MUST MUST MUST keep up eating only a carrot a day or whatever for the rest of your life. because if you start to eat normally again, you gain it alllllll back plus more.

yea theresike other websites for this kinda crap and fyi once you stop puking then you gain weight back again you can also do a lot of harm to your body by cutting of the vitamins nutrients and proteins your body needs. so really you could lose those pounds and no one could telll because youre to sick and you are in the hospital so please dont bother normal people with these kinds of things and get some help before this gets to serious and you could lose the weight then when youre hapy you could look like a whale when ur done and happy with what u look like.!!!

I’m 15 and a half years old, I’m about 128 kilos, 178 Cm’s tall… I need a real fast and healthy weight loss plans. I haven’t tried anything yet actually, but i want to do it fast because it really causes me big depression and low self-esteem specially in this age. Thanks in advance

no it’s not hard to get skinny that way.Being bulimic worked quite well for me until i started to have cardiac arrythmia. Stop throwing up hon it’s not worth it.Eventually you will have heart problems that can never be fixed and your organs and teeth will rot. If you think you need to lose weight that badly, just eat barely enough food each day to keep you going.Chew a lot of gum and drink water. You will see the results in a day or two.But STOP throwing up
I know how it feels to be sooo desperate to lose weight fast. I can also confirm that making yourself sick is only going to rot your teeth, make you feel like crap and could even damage your heart.
And before you go there, laxatives work on the lower part of the colon, after food has been absorbed so they’re no good either. I think you need to find someone credible to talk to about this, which isn’t the answer you’re looking for. The great thing about exercise is that you can retrain your bodys metabolism with it and it will make you feel great. I can also tell you that 90% of the women i know feel fat, even the ones who are super slim. Think positive and take care xxx
I’m not going to tell you to stop being bulemic, because you’d most likely not listen. I just want you to be aware that bulemia often results in:
-hair loss
-yellow teeth/cavities
-bad breath
-heart failure
If you’re willing to deal with these, be my guest and make yourself throw up. However, there are much better ways to lose weight, even if it means a diet that may not be the best for you. (I’m not implying a starvation diet.) I recommend drinking a lot of water whenever you’re hungry and eating 3 square meals a day with no snacks. That should make a HUGE difference if you’re honestly as overweight as you think.

You can try puking, if you want rotting teeth, and metabolic imbalances……..I wouldn’t suggest it though. The vomit that comes up has gastric acid in it that over a period of time wears the enamel off of your teeth and makes them rot. By constantly making yourself throw up, you put your body in an electrolyte imbalance that messes up your metabolism. It actually makes it slow down, which in turn, causes your body to hold onto fat. Why don’t you try just eating right and exercising? Exercising builds muscle and muscle burns more fat.
It sounds like you do not realize how serious you anorexia nervosa is to your health- both short term or long term. I would suggest you talk to both a dietitian and a psychologist or other mental health counselor to find the source of your self-loathing.
Anorexics don’t puke, they just eat very very minimally. The pukers are the Bullimics, get your eating disorders right…

the only way to do something efficient is to have only 3 meal/day with many greens.
stop sugar (and alcool) and limit feculents (pasta, bread…)
drink a lot of water..
if you manage to do it, it will be very efficient on the long term (and you’ll feel good on the short one..)
