About how fast will my weight loss, if any, be if I do this fitness plan?
I am a fifeen year old female. I weight 145 pounds and am 5’5″, I am build kind of big, like pretty big bones and stuff. I have recently gained about 15 pounds so I want to change my ways and lose them. I started this about a few weeks ago. How fast will I see results;

I drink 8 glasses of water a day.
I don’t drink any soda, I was drinking one a day.
I eat zero fast food, and no desserts.
I run, for 30 minutes on the tredmill, seven days a week.
Three days a week I do situps, lunges, and leg lifts.

I want to see results by summer, hopeing to lose those 15 pounds I gained.
Any other tips?

The hardest part for me is controlling what I eat.

Those are all good things.

Write down what you eat (everything!). It will help you control what you’re eating if you know that it’s going to be in ink.

Here are some things from track that really help me:
1. Plank – lie on your stomach on the floor. Push up so you are raised on your toes and are resting on your elbows. Make sure your back is flat, a straight line from your head to your toes. Don’t let your butt go too high or low. Breathe deeply and hold for a minute.
2. Six Inches – lie on your back on the floor with your hands under your butt. Bring your heels six inches up from the ground and hold for a minute.
3. Wall-sit – stand against a wall. Slide down until your calves and thighs make a 90 degree angle. Put your arms straight in front of you and hold for a minute.
4. Mountain Climbers – get in a sit-up position and bring one leg as close as you can to your chest. Continue to switch legs as fast as possible. :]
